Ahhhhh Nozzers you beautiful festival!!
Nozstock is a festival in Bromyard, just on the edge of Hereford. The festival is on a working farm in a beautiful valley with flippin' stunning views. The team at Nozstock give you a theme every year too with a costume competition and corresponding fun, this years theme was Wonders of the Ancient World (think Greeks, Romans and Egyptians). A friend even when dressed as a pyramid, sh'e a legend! She looked fab, put my toga to shame!
The festival itself is to me perfectly sized, it isn't too huge, i'm always slightly put off the by the sheer size of places like Glastonbury but Noz is just the right size of having tonnes to do but not being miles between everything, but nothing feels cramped. As well as three stages there is Bantam of the Opera, the comedy tent, the cinema tent and a hidden nightclub. Trust me, there are many ways too fill the day!
Here's my personal top five from the weekend:

Here's my personal top five from the weekend:
1) The Coppice
Magical looking butterflies, glowing trees, trancy music and suddenly everyone glows in the dark. Honestly, what more could I ask for?

2) Brooms Bricks & Bowlers Border Morris Dancers
These guys were honestly the nicest, funniest and frankly some of the most talented people that I have ever met. Every single one played an instrument, they all rocked the Morris Dancing and you literally never saw them stop smiling all weekend. Thank you for just being you!

3) The Lounge Kittens
If you haven't heard these ladies then get on to Youtube and listen to them now. Right now. This very second. I'll put some pictures in for you to look at while your listening.

There, aren't you glad I made you give them a listen?
These ladies and putting a stunning vintage twist on every ear worm song you've ever had. They are mesmerising, vocally perfect and so much fun! I grinned from ear to ear for the entire set. They're touring later this year and I am defiantly going to be there! Possibly twice.

4) Jolene Dover
Firstly, sorry to Jolene, I was so busy laughing I couldn't get a photo that shows how properly stunning you really are!
We nipped into Bantam of the Opera to catch some burlesque (which was also fabulous) and we saw the frankly bloody hilarious Jolene.
A drag artist from Cardiff, Jolene made us laugh until our faces literally hurt. The twerking contest was my personal favourite, her musical talents are limitless and my friends and I got called the council estate version of the Saturdays.
She also rocked some amazing outfits. And at Nozstock that's something, most of the outfits are pretty unique!
Make sure you follow her on Facebook, her posts hilarious.

5) The Theme
I know i've mentioned the theme above, but it'still in my list of favourites.
Wonders of the Ancient world gave people loads of scope to come up with some amazing costumes and boy oh boy they didn't disappoint!
We went for God's and Goddesses in my group of friends, I had a Poseidon theme going on. My mate even made me a trident! And the glitter, oh the glitter. Honestly, it's been a couple of weeks, i'm still finding glitter.

For your viewing pleasure, i'll add in some photos others others peoples amazing costumes to finish off. Thankyou so much Nozstock! You were, as always, an amazing couple of days and a tonne of fun!
